Dear Amos

I hope you are well.

In this day and age, the tendency is to take umbrage at poor service, and yet silence reigns when good service is received!

For a long time now, I have been very happy with the way Farai deals with the many requests I make of him for valuations and other tasks related to our large book of business with Alliance.
Farai is unfailingly polite and cheerful, no matter how long or hard his day and workload is, and he is unstinting in his efforts and efficiency. In short, he is a pleasure to deal with and is, in my humble opinion, an excellent ambassador for not just Alliance but himself as a human being.

I wish I could always deal with a Farai Mufumha in everything I do - he is that good.

I would just like to formally acknowledge Farai, in case you are not already aware of just how well he acquits himself on behalf of his company. He is a real asset to Alliance.
